Client Problem: The website cannot upload files, process updates, or receive emails due to a "Disk Usage 100%" error in cPanel.

Cause: The allocated hosting storage limit is full due to large backup files, error_log files, or accumulated spam emails.

Technical Solution Steps:

1. Check Usage: Log into cPanel and go to file section , open the Disk Usage tool to locate the largest folder.

2. Delete Files: Open File Manager, navigate to public_html, and remove old .zip backups and error_log files.

   
   

3. Bypass Trash: Check "Skip the trash and permanently delete the files" when deleting to free up space instantly.

4. Clear Mail Storage: Go to Email section click on Email Accounts > Manage and empty the Junk and Trash folders.

5. Upgrade Plan: If all files are required, upgrade the hosting package from the billing portal.
