Step 1—Log in to cPanel (One-Time Setup):

To access your webmail directly, you first need to ensure you know your email password. Log in to your hosting account and access your cPanel dashboard.

Step 2—Navigate to Email Accounts:

Scroll down to the Email section in your cPanel dashboard. Click on the Email Accounts icon to view all your created business emails.

Step 3—Set Your Email Password:

• Find the specific email address and domain you want to access.

• Click the Manage button next to that email account.

• In the security settings, type in a new, strong password for your email.

• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update Email Settings to save your password.

Step 4—Log in Directly via the Client Portal:

• Now, leave cPanel and log in to your main Client Portal.

• Navigate to your active hosting services page.

• Look for the Login to Webmail option and click on it.

• A new Webmail login portal will open on your screen.

• Simply enter your full email address and the password you just created.

• Click Log in, and you will be directed straight to your Webmail inbox without going through cPanel!
