How to Log In to Your cPanel Account

Step 1: Go to HostCry Website

Open your browser and visit https://hostcry.com. Click on the "Login" or "My account" button on the top of the website to go to the login page.


Step 2: Enter Your Login Details

On the Secure Client Login page:

  • Enter your Email Address in the first field
  • Enter your Password in the second field
  • Check the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA box
  • Optionally tick "Remember Me" if you are on a personal device
  • Click the "Login" button to proceed                                                                                                       

Step 3: Go to "Services" from the Dashboard

After logging in successfully, you will land on your HostCry Client Area dashboard. From the left sidebar menu:

  • Click on "Services"
  • A dropdown will appear showing three options:
    • My Services
    • Order New Services
    • View Available Addons
  • Click on "My Services"                                                                                                                          

Step 4: Select Your Hosting Plan

You will now see the "My Products & Services" page. Here all your active hosting plans are listed. For example:

  • WordPress Hosting – WordPress Professional
  • Domain: aicraftedsalt.com

Click on your hosting plan name to open its details.


Step 5: Click "Login to cPanel"

You will now be on the Product Details page. On the left side under the "Actions" section, you will see the following options:

  • Log in to cPanel ← Click This
  • Log in to Webmail
  • Change Password
  • Request Cancellation

Click "Log in to cPanel" and you will be automatically redirected to your cPanel dashboard  no extra username or password needed!


Step 6: You Are Now Inside cPanel!

Once logged in, you will see the full cPanel dashboard with all tools and features available, including:

  • Email Accounts: Create and manage your email addresses
  • Forwarders: Forward emails to other addresses
  • Manage my Databases:allows you to create, manage, and delete databases. 
  • Autoresponders: Set automatic reply messages
  • Spam Filters: Block unwanted emails
  • User manager Tool: create and manage sub-accounts for your cPanel
  • Sitejet Builder: Build your website visually
  • SSH access: Monitor your site's health
  • SSL Certificates: An SSL Certificate secures website data and enables "HTTPS".
