Problem

Steps

Step 1: Open FTP Accounts
Log in to cPanel and click FTP Accounts under the Files section.

Step 2: Check the FTP Account
Verify that the required FTP account exists and that its username and directory are correctly configured.

Step 3: Verify the Domain Connection
